Collision Center Estimator

About the role

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess vehicle damage to create accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with insurance companies to ensure proper claim handling
• Cook up with technicians and parts departments to maintain repair timelines
• Provide exceptional customer service from intake to vehicle delivery
• Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior experience as an estimator in a collision repair setting (I-CAR certification a plus)
• Experience with Progressive Insurance (a plus)
• Knowledge of CCC One or similar estimating software
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to delivering a premium customer experience
