College Recruitment Full-Time Architecture Opportunities (2027)

Responsibilities

• Simultaneously work on multiple projects at various stages of development
• Create project designs and construction documents using BIM software and equipment
• Prepare various documents related to project development, such as meeting minutes, project specifications, and agency applications
• Visit project sites under supervision and document findings as needed
• Research materials, assemblies, or building codes for integration into design and construction drawings
• Integrate information from consultants and suppliers into Revit models for documentation
• Process contractor submittals and respond to request for information (RFIs)
• Attend, record, and distribute meeting minutes and assist with general project correspondence
• Prepare graphic materials for presentations or documents
• Select and prepare material finish boards/binders
• Occasional travel to construction job sites and client meetings

Requirements

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be college graduates with a focus on Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and relevant coursework
• Interest in a dynamic, collaborative, and inclusive work environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in BIM software and equipment
