About the role
Dream Charter Schools is seeking a full-time teacher to join our team at DREAM Charter High School on 20 Bruckner Blvd in the Bronx.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching methods and student outcomes
- Mentor and support students' social and emotional development
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Valid New York State teaching certificate
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
