Qualifications

• Current undergraduate student at a 2-year or 4-year institution, graduating no sooner than 2027—first-year students are eligible after their first semester
• Minimum 3.4 GPA
• Strong communicator with excellent speaking and writing skills
• Creative thinker with a passion for helping others
• Flexible schedule (5 open hours/week)
• Positive, self-starting, and trustworthy
• No criminal record

Benefits

• $200/semester base pay (guaranteed) + a tiered payment system based on meetings completed out of open availability, earn $35/hour for meetings with individual families
• Additional bonuses for hosting or participating in workshops, referring new coaches to the network, and interning with our internal team ($20/hour)
