Collector Mortgage Servicing
About the Role
The Collector is primarily responsible for collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast-paced, goal-oriented collections department. This position provides customer service regarding collection issues, reviews accounts for correct resolution, and is accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls daily on a defined customer list.
- Develop effective calling campaigns and resolution strategies.
- Utilize provided tools to support customers and make a direct impact.
- Work closely with your team and manager to develop solutions and remedy delinquency matters.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of high-volume collections experience.
- Prior experience in Mortgage Collections is a plus.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Office environment with a maximum lifting requirement of 20 lbs.
