Job Responsibilities

• Setting redemption loads for video gaming terminals (VGT's) and redemption terminals (RT's)
• Replenishing cassettes, installing, maintaining and servicing amusement and video gaming equipment
• Enforcing established rules and procedures intended to protect employees and customers
• Maintain exceptional Customer Service with location staff and patrons
• Assisting in other areas as needed

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Ability to read, write and use basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, managers, and across departments.
• Prioritize carrying and concealing license preferred.

Physical Demands

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Walk, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Early Morning Shift

The position operates on an Early Morning Shift.

Education

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Must be able to pass a background check with the Illinois Gaming Board which includes fingerprinting.
