General Summary

We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and passionate about problem-solving. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with internal and external members, vendors, financial institutions, and legal partners, while handling credit risk and account collection activities. Your expertise will help guide members through financial challenges, providing them with the solutions and services they need to succeed, while ensuring the credit union's financial stability.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm
• 11 paid holidays

Pay

• $18.16 - $19.97 per hour
• Incentives of up to 12% of your monthly income every month
• 2 potential pay increases in your first 12 months and annually moving forward
