The Collections Specialist will handle correspondence with accounts in delinquent status, process payments, and assist customers with requests for follow-up on transactions. Additional responsibilities include verifying registration information for new users, processing auction results, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements
- In-office position, 4.5-day regular work week
