About the role
The Collections Specialist position is available in our fast-paced, sales office in Beaverton, OR. We are seeking candidates who are eager to start their career and are willing to undergo training.
Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls on past-due accounts
- Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities
- Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors
- Communicating cross-functionally with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process
Qualifications
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Well-organized with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
- 2 years of collection experience (but we'll train the right person)
