About the role

This position is responsible for managing and maintaining collections processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain collections processes
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment collection
  • Communicate with clients to resolve outstanding balances
  • Monitor and analyze collections data to identify trends and improve processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of collections experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with collections software
  • Knowledge of industry best practices

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually

Schedule
