Requirements

  • Experienced healthcare collections leader with a strong background in revenue cycle management, team supervision, and process improvement.
  • Ability to manage teams effectively while navigating healthcare billing requirements and payer regulations.
  • Minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, revenue cycle, or patient business services management.
  • Required experience in home infusion services.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
  • Knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement processes, and third-party payer regulations.
  • Experience interpreting healthcare industry changes and adapting operational processes accordingly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationships across departments and with external partners.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of CPR processes is preferred.
