Requirements
- Experienced healthcare collections leader with a strong background in revenue cycle management, team supervision, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage teams effectively while navigating healthcare billing requirements and payer regulations.
- Minimum of three years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, revenue cycle, or patient business services management.
- Required experience in home infusion services.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop employees.
- Knowledge of healthcare billing practices, reimbursement processes, and third-party payer regulations.
- Experience interpreting healthcare industry changes and adapting operational processes accordingly.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to build and maintain professional relationships across departments and with external partners.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of CPR processes is preferred.
