Collections Representative
This position requires you to be on-site. Must live within 50 miles of the Foundever Fayetteville site: 921 Strickland Bridge Rd, Fayetteville, NC 28304.
About the Role
Customer Service Representatives support one of the largest providers in the U.S. for military service members and their families. Associates will service inbound and outbound calls from customers concerning collection policies, procedures, and strategies for resolving past due accounts. Duties include collecting past due payments and completing skip-locate functions when necessary. Associates must comply with federal regulations regarding banking, security, and privacy. This role is fast-paced, problem-solving, and member-centric.
Responsibilities
- Service inbound and outbound calls regarding collection policies and procedures
- Resolve past due accounts and collect payments
- Perform skip-locate functions as needed
- Ensure compliance with federal banking, security, and privacy regulations
- Assist members with all banking requests
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 4 months of collections experience
- Open availability during hours of operation
- Must live within 50 miles of the Fayetteville, NC site
