It focuses on serving patients with chronic and acute conditions, particularly in underserved and secondary markets across 35 states. With over 100 franchised infusion pharmacies and clinics, the organization supports locally-owned franchises to improve patient care through infusion services. About the Opportunity:The COLLECTIONS MANAGER - REVENUE CYCLE MANAGER is responsible for overseeing reimbursement activities across multiple infusion and specialty pharmacy business units. This role ensures timely and successful reimbursement from payers by managing referral intake, authorizations, billing, and collections. It also involves developing a highly effective team and maintaining regulatory compliance to support the organization's financial health and service quality. Responsibilities:Manage multiple teams handling patient referrals, insurance benefit investigations, prior authorizations, billing, and collections.Allocate resources to meet key performance indicators and assess staffing needs.Focus on achieving and exceeding financial and departmental metrics.Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to supervisors, conduct performance reviews, and address performance issues.Monitor payroll accuracy.Serve as an escalation point for resolving complaints from franchise partners or patients.Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.Foster a customer service environment through training and staff mentoring.Audit team transactions for accuracy and compliance to identify training needs.Conduct interviews and select staff to build an effective team.Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.Minimum 3-5 years of home infusion therapy experience.Minimum 5 years of management experience. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Salary range for this position is $64,766 - $80,957.
