The role involves managing a team of 5 museum curators, overseeing exhibitions, and developing educational programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the museum's curatorial department
• Develop and implement new exhibition plans
• Collaborate with educators to design interactive educational programs
• Research and select artifacts for exhibits
• Work closely with marketing and communications teams to promote exhibitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in museum studies or related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in museum curation or related field
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
