Requirements
- Extensive experience in consumer debt collection (strictly non-B2B/non-accounting collections).
- Proven track record in a leadership role such as Collection Manager, Agency Owner, or Senior Client Liaison.
- Deep, working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and consumer compliance.
- Hands-on experience managing or configuring Collection Systems of Record, Dialers, and Skip Tracing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business (100+ accounts) simultaneously.
- Experience with both technical onboarding and commercial account management (renewals and upselling).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex software features into operational benefits for agency owners.
- High level of tech-fluency and the ability to teach software workflows to non-technical users.
