Collections Manager

As a Debt Collection Client Liaison at Resolvah, you will act as the strategic bridge between our software and the agency owners/managers who rely on it to run their businesses. This isn't a support role; it is a high-impact position where you will lead the onboarding process, ensure deep technical adoption of our collection system of record, and drive long-term commercial success through renewals and upsells. You will manage a high-volume portfolio, guiding clients through the complexities of integrating our technology into their daily workflows. Success in this role means moving beyond simple troubleshooting to becoming a trusted advisor who understands the operational nuances of a consumer collection agency. Because you will be responsible for both customer success and revenue growth, you must be able to balance technical instruction with commercial intuition. You will be the face of our brand for agency leaders, ensuring they realize the full value of our platform while identifying opportunities to expand their use of our tools. Requirements: Extensive experience in consumer debt collection (strictly non-B2B/non-accounting collections).Proven track record in a leadership role such as Collection Manager, Agency Owner, or Senior Client Liaison.Deep, working knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and consumer compliance.Hands-on experience managing or configuring Collection Systems of Record, Dialers, and Skip Tracing tools.Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business (100+ accounts) simultaneously.Experience with both technical onboarding and commercial account management (renewals and upselling).Ability to translate complex software features into operational benefits for agency owners.High level of tech-fluency and the ability to teach software workflows to non-technical users.
