Collections Manager

Law firm is seeking a Collections Manager to join their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities Oversee a team of collectors and manage portfolio performanceMonitor aging reports, past-due accounts, and collection trendsResolve complex collection issues, billing disputes, and escalated accountsWork with attorneys, partners, and clients to develop collection strategies and secure paymentPrepare reports and analyze collections performance, aging, and key metricsIdentify process improvements and implement effective collection practicesTrain, mentor, and manage team performanceMaintain and improve departmental procedures and best practicesSupport collections and AR reporting across U.S. and international offices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree requiredAt least 5+ years of collections experience in a law firm or professional services environment requiredMinimum 2+ years of management or supervisory experience requiredStrong analytical and Excel skills a must Hire Options Inc. and its clients are equal opportunity employers.
