About the role
Growing national consumer finance company with new ownership seeking a Branch Finance Manager career opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
- Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
- Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
- Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Requirements
- First-party consumer collections management
- Subprime experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service focus
- Leadership ability
Pay
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 starting salary with additional monthly incentive up to $2,500.00
