About the role
Growing national consumer finance company with new ownership, seeking a Branch Finance Manager for a career opportunity as a Collections Manager.
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop & motivate collections & lending team
- Manage collections portfolio delinquency & charge-off
- Lead and oversee underwriting efforts for the assigned branch
- Demonstrate & ensure a high level of customer service
- Help ensure branch compliance
- Back up the Branch General Manager as needed
Requirements
- First-party consumer collections management
- Subprime experience is a plus
- Computer proficiency
- Customer service focus
- Leadership ability
Skills
- Relevant experience as a Consumer Finance Branch Manager, Rent-to-own Manager, Title Loan Manager, Rental Car Manager, Collections Manager, or Customer Retention Manager
Benefits
- $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 starting salary

Schedule
No Sundays, some early evening & Saturday work hours required, 45-48 hours a week.
