Collections Manager
About the role
Bellwether Community Credit Union is looking for an experienced, people-focused Payment Solutions Manager to lead our Payment Solutions team and oversee the Credit Union’s collection and loss-mitigation activities. You’ll lead a team responsible for helping members navigate challenging financial situations while protecting the Credit Union’s assets, minimizing losses, and ensuring regulatory compliance. If you’re an experienced collections leader who believes strong results and a positive member experience can go hand in hand, we’d love to hear from you!
