We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually description includes mission, equity goals, etc. Should we include "About the role"? The posting includes mission and equity goals; maybe we can put that as "About the role" or "About the organization". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. So we need to extract content for each. We have mission and equity goals: could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can use "About the role" for mission description. Responsibilities: we have a list of responsibilities. Should be
  • . Requirements: there is a "Requirements" heading in the posting, then "Qualifications". The posting includes "Requirements Qualifications". Might combine? We need separate sections if content exists. The posting has "Requirements" then "Qualifications". Under Requirements they list "To perform this job successfully..." then "MATHEMATICAL And COMPUTER SKILLS", "REASONING ABILITY", "Competencies", "CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS", "Experience And Education", "Physical Demands", etc. So we can treat "Requirements" as a section containing those bullet points? But they are not bullet list; they are paragraphs. We can still use

    for prose. However instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So if there is a list, we should use list. The "MATHEMATICAL And COMPUTER SKILLS" etc are not bullet list but could be considered list items. Might be better to treat each as
      • . But we need to preserve all substantive info. Could convert each bullet-like line into
      • . However the text includes sentences like "Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume." That's a sentence; we could keep as

        . The instruction says use

        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If it's not explicitly a list, we can use

          . Safer to use

for paragraphs. We also have "Qualifications" maybe duplicate of Requirements? Actually they have "Requirements Qualifications" as a heading then subheadings. We could treat "Qualifications" as a section with the content under it (Experience And Education etc). But we already have Requirements covering similar. To avoid duplication, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section? But instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It doesn't forbid merging. However they gave examples of headings; we can choose to include both if content distinct. Let's see: After "Requirements Qualifications" they have "To perform this job successfully..." then "MATHEMATICAL And COMPUTER SKILLS", "REASONING ABILITY", "Competencies", "CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS", "Experience And Education", "Physical Demands". That's all under Requirements/Qualifications. So we could have a single section "Requirements" containing all that. Or we could split into "Requirements" (the initial paragraph) and "Qualifications" (the rest). But the posting lumps them together. Safer to make one section "Requirements" and include all details. We also have "Skills" maybe not separate; we have mathematical and computer skills etc. Could be under Skills. But we already have them in Requirements. Could create a Skills section for those skill items. However we need to avoid thin sections. Might be better to have Skills section containing mathematical/computer skills, reasoning ability, competencies, certificates, etc. But then we lose Experience And Education etc. Could have Qualifications section for experience/education. Let's think. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should not create many small sections. Perhaps we can have: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (which includes skills, experience, qualifications, physical demands). That's three sections. That seems good. We also have Work schedule: "Work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours weekly during business hours of 8:00am-5:00pm". That's schedule info. Should we create a Schedule section? The instruction says include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Yes we have schedule specifics. So we should add a Schedule section. We also have Pay? Not mentioned. Benefits? Not mentioned. So we omit those. We also have Work Environment: "Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate." That's work environment; not a standard heading but could be part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? Not in the list of headings; we could include as part of Requirements or maybe as a paragraph under Requirements. Since not a standard heading, we can incorporate into Requirements. Also "Reasonable accommodations may be made..." appears multiple times; we can keep. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement etc. We should remove that. Also "Norman Rockwell Museum is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove. Also "The Position Reporting to the Archivist and Collections Manager, The Collections Assistant is a three-year Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) grant funded position as part of the NRM’s “Preserving the American Visual Story" project." That's substantive; keep. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Thus we need to extract: - About the role: mission statement, equity goals, maybe also the description of the position (reporting to Archivist etc). Could combine. Let's parse: Description Our Mission The Norman Rockwell Museum illuminates the power of American illustration art to reflect and shape society, and advances the enduring values of kindness, respect, and social equity portrayed by Norman Rockwell.
