Collections Account Manager

This is a full-time, onsite Collections Account Manager career opportunity offering competitive pay, bonuses, and career growth to Manager level. The role involves collections account management, assisting with lending/credit origination, ensuring branch compliance, and delivering high-level customer service within an industry-leading credit program.

Pay

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour with a monthly bonus up to $2,000.00. Annual compensation range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00.

Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours per week), 100% onsite
• No Sundays
• Most Saturdays (shorter day) with a weekday off
• Location hours: Monday - Friday 9 AM - 7 PM, Saturday 9 AM - 4 PM
• Shifts will vary
• Overtime as needed (with OT pay)

Responsibilities

• Collections account management
• Assist with lending/credit origination
• Help ensure branch compliance
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service
• Work with consumer finance software
• Attend ongoing training classes

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in collections, customer retention, management, call center, team leader/senior customer service rep, sales, or related field
• Good communication, computer, and customer service skills
• Able to work the hours listed and 100% onsite
• Able to pass a background check
