Collections Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Collections account management
• Customer service
• Attend training classes & meetings
• Aid with credit origination

Requirements

• Experience in collections, retention, or customer service
• Able to work on-site
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work the listed hours
• Good computer/keyboard skills
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule

5-day work week, no Sundays, work most Saturdays with a weekday off, one weekend off a month, store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4, 40-45 hours per week, overtime pay for hours over 40 each week
