Collection Specialist

This position is located in Denton and requires you to have your own pick‑up truck.

Schedule

• Sunday to Thursday evenings only
• Shifts from 8:00 PM to 11:00 PM

• $20 per hour

Requirements

• Own a pick‑up truck and be willing to use it for trash collection
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Smartphone with a data plan
• Currently employed full‑time
• Willingness to learn, receptive to coaching, and ability to follow instructions
• Punctuality, dependability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lb, navigate stairs, and walk distances
• Positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Upon arrival, document the condition of dumpsters/compactors using the Service App
• Collect household trash and recycling from residential units within assigned multi‑family communities
• Document violations and unit numbers by taking photos and submitting them with your Work Log at the end of each shift
• Track and report any issues or concerns to your district manager
