Collection Specialist

This position is ideal for an individual looking to join a rapidly growing organization with great opportunity for growth and advancement. As an Accounts Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting on delinquent accounts from consumers.
Responsibilities
- Initiate customer contact to determine reason for delinquency and to look for resolution
- Communicate policy and rental contract procedures
- Utilize skip tracing tools

Requirements
- 1 year relevant experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of collections experience preferred
Pay
$18.00–20.00 per hour plus commission, depending on location, background, and experience.
