Collection Manager (Reports Officer) - Senior
About the role
The Leidos Intelligence Sector is seeking an experienced Collection Manager (Reports Officer) - Senior to support the USCYBERCOM J2 mission. This role plays a vital role in supporting the processing and publication of raw, unevaluated intelligence information reports.
Responsibilities
- Review, edit, coordinate, and submit raw intelligence information reports for release, ensuring the accuracy of formatting and full compliance with intelligence oversight and compliance standards.
- Track and maintain J2X reporting metrics, prepare, and present formal intelligence reporting metric briefings for command and senior leadership.
- Keep senior leaders and individual collectors informed of significant policy developments as they pertain to the dissemination of intelligence reporting and source management; interpret policy guidance to resolve conflicting viewpoints and provide clear recommendations.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to intelligence collection, reporting, and source management.
- Develop, implement, and deliver reports officer training materials designed to support the continued professional development and operational proficiency of the reports officer team.
- Understand and apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities in support of information collection and the dissemination of intelligence reporting.
- Manage large datasets, maintain data consistency, and manipulate data across various databases, including Excel, Access, and secure classified database systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in conducting statistical analysis and using statistical packages to support reporting functions.
- Maintain a high degree of professional integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain and safeguard sensitive operational and classified information.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
- Master’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor’s degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.
- Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Graduate of an in-resident Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) collection management course or Desk Officer course.
- Active DoD TS/SCI with Polygraph required. We are not able to sponsor the clearance requirement.
Qualifications
- Deep familiarity with USCYBERCOM organizational structure and mission.
- Prior experience supporting Joint operations across multiple warfighting domains.
- Complete understanding of the intelligence cycle.
- Knowledge of, and experience in, the fundamentals of intelligence operations and asset validation.
- Knowledge and expertise driving collection; managing the production of reports; and protecting sources and methods.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills as well as an ability to pose creative solutions to operational challenges.

Benefits
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
