Collection Agent

About the role

Mandarich Law Group is one of the country’s leading creditor’s rights law firms with offices in NV, NY, IL, MI, MO, OH, NC, GA and FL. We are seeking full-time Collection Agents for our Williamsville, NY office and our Lake Mary, FL office.

Schedule

• Williamsville, NY: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office
• Lake Mary, FL: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in-office

Responsibilities

• Handle up to 100 inbound calls per shift
• Contact consumers and attorney offices to negotiate delinquent and/or charged-off accounts on behalf of clients
• Calculate acceptable settlement amounts according to client and management guidelines
• Manage an open queue of accounts to consistently meet monthly collection goals

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills to handle account queues and inbound call volume
• Prior customer service experience preferred
