Colleague Engagement Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Earn trust among colleagues across all departments and locations as a champion of connection, belonging, and opportunity.
• Develop creative, inclusive approaches to strengthening colleague engagement across clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Design and manage an employee incentive program that recognizes and rewards outstanding contributions across the organization.
• Cook up and facilitate colleague listening sessions, leadership rounds, and feedback forums that surface employee sentiment and inform organizational decision-making.
• Plan and execute flagship events and other culture-building activities that foster community and belonging.
• Organize and administer employee roadshows, including town halls, site visits, and departmental briefings to share organizational updates and gather employee input.
• Support the development of multimedia storytelling and engagement content, including employee spotlights, event recaps, and leadership communications.
• Track engagement metrics and report on the effectiveness of programs, using data to iterate and improve.

Pay

The base pay scale for this position is $48,500.00 - $74,375.00. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role.
