About the role
Analyze, review, and evaluate the validity, formula valuations, credit worthiness, and collectability of accounts receivable to reduce risk of charge-offs and to correlate the findings with customer eligibility to borrow.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, review, and evaluate monthly customer accounts receivable aging to ascertain validity for a portfolio of formula-based lines of credit.
- Calculate ineligible figures utilizing aging information from customers.
- Calculate collateral availability and process line of credit requests accordingly.
- Work directly with customers to resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze and review client financial statements, reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with Loan Examiners and the Loan Administration Department.
- Identify suspected deficiencies in field examinations and report them to management.
- Prepare collateral and loan trend reporting.
- Report delinquent reporting exceptions.
- Understand and adhere to the company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the company’s Risk Appetite.
- Design, implement, maintain, and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk on an ongoing basis.
- Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the company brand.
- Maintain internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points and issues raised by external regulators.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate's degree.
- 1 year of commercial banking or related experience.
- Strong math skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $22.61 - $37.67 hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
