Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect parts visually for defects.
- Uses Ohm to ensure collars meet quality standards.
- Trims parts as needed.
- Keeps a clean work area.
- Reports all product and machine problems to Technicians or Lead.
- Reports parts that may need to be scrapped to the Lead or QC Technician for confirmation.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities
- Ability to read and follow specifications as required to mold required part(s).
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to work with minimum direction.
- Ability to identify different materials and products.
Education And Experience
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
Working Conditions / Physical Requirements
- Exposure to machine noise.
- Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area.
- High-volume manufacturing environment.
- May involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment.
- Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots.
- This role may require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
