Collaboration Lead
About the role
GDIT seeks a Collaboration Lead for our federal client who will provide oversight in areas Microsoft’s M365 Platform in a high volume, fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will have experience running large enterprise level teams across multiple locations, very strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day work activities of the team, including timelines, customer experience, and relationship management, and prioritizing and allocating workflow. The successful candidate will also provide a productive and motivating working environment and address any issues/disputes from customers or clients.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform
- Demonstrated experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience on M365 online platform and suite of services such as Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID
- Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft 365 Graph API uses
- Demonstrated experience with implementing ITIL standards and processes in a large, highly available, dynamic data center operation
- Demonstrated experience translating between business requirements and technical implementation
- Demonstrated experience with systems engineering in the context of a large, complex infrastructure
- Work experience in a managed services IT environment is preferred
Qualifications
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Bachelor of Science in Computer science or Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s cloud environment
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience as an engineer or developer on Microsoft’s M365 platform
- Proficient in PowerShell automation and M365 security features
- Skilled in configuring DLP, MFA, Conditional Access, and Defender for M365
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Total comfort with unknown variables and ad-hoc changes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly, and concisely present complicated computer concepts to end-users with differing skill levels
- Strong ability to balance multiple priorities in a high demand environment
- U.S. Citizenship and background investigation is required; you must have a current clean financial background

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
