Collaborating Physician

About the role

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is hiring collaborating physician (MD/DO) contractors to support clinicians performing In-Home Health Evaluations (IHEs) in South Carolina. Physician collabs earn a monthly stipend based on the number of Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants they oversee. To qualify, you must be licensed in and living in South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized IHEs to health plan members
• Conduct medication and medical history reviews
• Perform physical evaluations in health plan members' homes
• Use pre-populated, patient-specific forms for each evaluation
• Do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter current treatment regimens

Requirements

• Doctorate (MD/DO) required
• Licensed in and living in South Carolina
• SC Medical License (preferred)
