Cold Heading Operator Trainee - 2nd Shift
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: Job Summary (maybe About the role). Responsibilities: "What You'll Do". Requirements/Qualifications: "What You'll Bring" includes required and preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe part of qualifications. Benefits: there is a Benefits section. Pay: there is Pay: $18-$20/hour plus shift differential. Schedule: there is schedule info: Begin on 1st Shift 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, then move to 2nd Shift 2:00 PM-10:00 PM once trained. Also mention Work Arrangement: On-site. Could include schedule and maybe work arrangement.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, etc. Also remove application instructions (none). Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details: location Chesterfield, MI; Work Arrangement On-site; schedule details; pay; shift differential; overtime occasional; benefits list; responsibilities list; qualifications list; work environment & physical requirements maybe could be part of Requirements or separate? The instruction says use headings for specific categories; we can include a section for Work Environment & Physical Requirements maybe under Requirements or Skills? But we have to use allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put work environment under Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements (physical requirements). We'll include that content under Requirements.
We must not create sections with filler text. So we will include sections: About the role (job summary), Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly Skills not needed if covered elsewhere. We'll omit Skills if no distinct content.
We need to use for each section heading. Then under each, use
for prose and
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive info: Let's extract.
