Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential clients
• Generating leads
• Scheduling appointments
• Promoting company services or products
• Following call scripts
• Updating customer information in the database
• Reporting call outcomes to the sales or marketing team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Able to handle rejection and maintain professionalism at all times
• Good listening skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools (preferred)
• Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong English speaking and comprehension skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours if required
