Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to potential clients
- Generating leads
- Scheduling appointments
- Promoting company services or products
- Following call scripts
- Updating customer information in the database
- Reporting call outcomes to the sales or marketing team
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or in a similar sales role
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Able to handle rejection and maintain professionalism at all times
- Good listening skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools (preferred)
- Basic computer literacy, including email and spreadsheet use
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong English speaking and comprehension skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours if required
