What You'll Do
- Wind wire onto motor cores and forms to precise specifications.
- Assemble coil components using engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Perform electrical testing, including continuity, resistance, insulation, and surge testing.
- Inspect coils for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
- Operate coiling equipment, soldering tools, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Accurately record production and inspection data.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support continuous improvement and uphold company quality standards.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in manufacturing or electromechanical assembly preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials safely.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
