Coffee Dock Attendant

About the role

The Coffee Dock Attendant provides excellent customer service to guests by preparing and serving a variety of coffees, lattes, smoothies, and breakfast items while maintaining a clean and inviting Coffee Dock area.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a professional image and working relationships.
• Performs opening and closing procedures for the Coffee Dock.
• Offers excellent customer service while preparing and serving coffee drinks and pastries.
• Keeps pastry case stocked with muffins, breads, and breakfast items.
• Maintains cleanliness of tables and the Coffee Dock area.
• Assists guests with specific requests and notifies manager of unhappy guests.
• Performs assigned side work duties.

Requirements

• Able to lift 30 pounds.
• Manages unsatisfactory guest experiences and notifies the Manager.
• Stands during an 8-hour shift.
• Able to multitask under stress.
• Organized and remains calm during the shift.

Pay

$16 hourly + tips.

Schedule

Flexible part-time and full-time opportunities available. Working weekends and holidays may be required. Availability during peak seasons is typical.
