Coffee Bar Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests with a friendly smile and provides quick, friendly, and personalized service
• Takes orders and makes quality beverage items based on orders
• Completes necessary side work including maintaining cleanliness of the space and supplies inventory
• Unloads and maintains backstock of supplies and communicates inventory and ordering needs to manager
• Maintains the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
• Other job duties as assigned

Requirements

• A high school diploma required
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in food, restaurant, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in guest service
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times
