Coding Specialist Lead - Revenue Cycle

About the role

The Coding Specialist Lead oversees and monitors performance, provides training and coordinates workflow for the assigned coding staff. Responsibilities include accurate and timely assignment and review of professional coding related to ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS codes for multi-specialty groups.

Requirements

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency
• Certified Professional Coding Designation (CPC) or equivalent certification required
• 2 years Multi-Specialty Coding
• 2 years Supervisory
• 2 years EPIC Payor contractual agreements/fee schedule knowledge
• Intermediate oral and written communication skills required
• Excellent organizational, analytical and time management skills
• Type at least 45 WPM and 10-key proficient
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Manual dexterity to use computer, telephone and peripherals

Pay
