Coding Coordinator- Certified

About the role

The Coding Coordinator is responsible for the development and maintenance of assigned departmental applications and coordinating all aspects of training and continuous developments of training programs. The Coding Coordinator will collaborate with the department, Coding Manager, and Director of Business Services. The Systems Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Coding Manager with the daily operations of the HPN Coding department.

Requirements

• Coding Certification
• 3 years minimum work experience

• Effectively directs and/or supervises personnel as appropriate
• Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills
• Experience in hospital or nursing home administration

• Management experience in patient/resident care environment
• Proven managerial skills and supervisory experience
• Requires ability to handle confidential information
