Code Enforcement Attorney

About the role

We are a California‑based law firm with over a century of excellence seeking a talented Code Enforcement Attorney to join our dynamic practice. This remote‑flexible position focuses on representing cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies in complex public safety matters, civil and criminal prosecution, and handling all code enforcement cases for municipal clients throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Handle municipal code enforcement matters for public agency clients throughout California.
• Appear in court and represent municipal clients in administrative, civil, and related proceedings.
• Collaborate with city officials, public agencies, and internal legal teams on enforcement strategies and compliance issues.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other case‑related documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to municipal clients.

Pay

Salary range: $140,000 – $220,000 per year.
