About us

We are a California-based law firm with over a century of excellence, seeking a talented Code Enforcement Attorney to join its dynamic practice. This role focuses on representing cities, counties, special districts, and public agencies in complex public safety matters and civil and criminal prosecution. The attorney will handle all code enforcement cases for our municipal clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle municipal code enforcement matters for public agency clients throughout California
• Appear in court and represent municipal clients in administrative, civil, and related proceedings
• Collaborate with city officials, public agencies, and internal legal teams on enforcement strategies and compliance issues
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other case-related documents
• Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to municipal clients

Pay

$140,000 - $220,000 per year
