Code Compliance Staff Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage code compliance inspection projects, including inspection of building components such as Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Architectural, Fire and Life Safety items
• Receive training from senior personnel to take a leading role in project management
• Manage clients and projects, and supervise code inspection personnel
• Review field inspection reports
• Prepare county/city required documentation related to inspection
• Conduct marketing and business development with a focus on maintaining regular client contacts
• Prepare proposals and invoices
• Manage project progress with respect to budget
• Handle collection efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 0–2 years of related experience
• Code compliance certifications are a plus but not required; expected to obtain multiple code compliance certifications in this role
• Valid driver’s license required if driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary

Pay

Expected pay range: $83,000 – $90,000/year. Final compensation determined based on specific location and individual qualifications.
