The Server at Kessler Hospitality’s boutique hotels is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Located in Greenville, SC, the hotel offers stunning views, a curated art collection, and amenities like an onsite spa and hiking trails.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
• Receive and deliver guest orders and collect payment
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Attend all hotel required meetings and trainings
• Maximize productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions
• Handle problems effectively, anticipate, prevent, identify, and solve issues as necessary

Requirements

• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with all levels of employees and guests
• Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns raised by employees and guests
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel standards
• Flexible and willing to work medium work hours, including standing and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or related field preferred
