Cocktail Server - Part Time - Bossier City

Responsible for

• Greeting guests and providing prompt, accurate and courteous service.
• Alert Management of any service and/or safety issues.
• Make appropriate service recovery gestures according to established guidelines.
• Input and control ordering through register during each transaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas at all times.
• Carry out tray service and replenish drink and food offerings as needed.
• Abide by all federal, state and corporate liquor regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations.
• Comply with company and department specific appearance standards.

Skills to Help You Succeed

• Effective communication skills.
• RAMP certification.
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds, unassisted, for extended periods of time.
• Full working knowledge of POS systems.
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program.
• Ability to work in smoke-filled environments.

Required

• Bossier City Alcohol Beverage Operator (ABO) certification before the first day of work.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency for the position.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaning.
• Ability to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms.
• Work under variable temperatures and noise levels.
• Use of going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and elevators.
