About the role

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state‑of‑the‑art KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. The Lakehouse features 800 single‑king‑bed sleeping rooms, over 100,000 square feet of multi‑purpose meeting space, and four unique food and beverage venues, including a 500+‑seat three‑meal venue that offers eight diverse culinary experiences. As a Cocktail Server, you will present beverage selections to participants, share menu knowledge and recommendations, engage in conversation, and maintain an attractive setting to enhance the participant experience.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar setting.
• Refined oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners.
• Ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions.
