Cocktail Server -On Call

About the role

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong menu and beverage knowledge, confidently recommend items from our curated selection of libations, and deliver polished waiter-level service throughout the dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking detailed orders, pacing courses, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining an elevated table environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests when needed
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Pace courses and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
• Deliver food and beverages with accuracy and allergen awareness
• Maintain proper table marking, resetting, and standards
• Manage multiple tables and prioritize guest needs
• Manage cash-handling accurately and responsibly
• Work weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-starting personality with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• One year of casual to fine-dining service experience including cocktail service, waiter duties, and full table service
• Excellent multitasking and customer service skills; able to complete all compliance trainings in a timely manner
• Strong waiter and table-service skills including fine-dining etiquette and steps of service
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wine, beer, and alternatives for guests with allergies or special requests
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

$7.25/hour plus tips
