Responsible for

• Greeting guests
• Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous service

• Making appropriate service recovery gestures
• Inputting and controlling ordering through register
• Maintaining cleanliness of work and guest areas
• Carrying a tray of beverage and food offerings
• Serving and replenishing, as requested
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and corporate liquor regulations
• Understanding and complying with all Company and departmental rules and regulations
• Working in smoke-filled environments
• Performing additional duties as assigned
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state gaming regulations

Skills to Help You Succeed

• Effective communication skills
• RAMP certification
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Knowledge of Responsible Gaming Program
• Full working knowledge of POS system

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid license as required by the State Gaming Agency
• RAMP certification
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• 24/7 operation requiring extended hours
• Able to work in a smoke-filled environment
• Standing for long periods of time without sitting or leaning
• Climbing, bending, stretching, twisting, or reaching with your body and arms
• Working under variable temperatures and noise levels
• Using elevators multiple times per day
