Cocktail Server - Beeline Deerfield

About the role

Beeline Deerfield is now hiring a Cocktail Server for their upcoming location opening in Summer 2026. This position ensures guests have a great experience by maintaining a fun environment and being aware of guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun environment for guests
• Maintain thorough knowledge of bar products, service standards, and daily specials
• Prioritize service and execute accordingly
• Engage and converse easily and positively with guests
• Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
• Adhere to dress code, appearance, and grooming standards
• Work well under pressure and demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
• Work weekends, including late nights and evenings

Requirements

• Experience in bars/restaurants, the hospitality industry, or customer service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Previous server or other bar/restaurant or hospitality industry experience preferred
• Alcohol knowledge and safety certifications as required by company and city/state

Qualifications

Strong communicator, hospitality mindset, ability to bring your best self to work, enjoy teamwork, and love spreading positivity are essential qualities for this role.

Skills and Abilities

• Maintain knowledge on beverages, service changes, daily specials, events and parties
• Engage and converse easily and positively with guests
• Provide fast, accurate service and positive guest relations
• Communicate effectively and excel in a team environment
• Demonstrate responsibility, personal accountability, and reliability
• Work well under pressure and proficient with POS systems
