Responsibilities

• Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor
• Takes orders and serves drinks to customers
• Ensures hot beverages are hot and frozen beverages are frozen
• Cleans and maintains station: empties ashtrays, removes trash, wipes tables, removes empty glasses, pushes in chairs, etc.
• Constantly pre-busses stations
• Breaks bartenders when necessary
• Knows all drink prices

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Cash handling experience required
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
• Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights
• Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
