Cocktail Server

About the Role

As a server, you will deliver exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience. You will master the food, wine, and cocktail menus, assist guests with inquiries, and ensure accurate order entry and payment processing. You will also maintain cleanliness, follow safety and sanitation policies, and uphold company procedures for service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders, payments, and side work tasks accurately

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; previous high-volume serving experience preferred
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to communicate effectively
• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform related duties
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Adherence to appearance, safety, and workplace policies
• Ability to work flexible hours and accept constructive feedback
• Compliance with all conduct rules, including drug-free workplace

Pay

This role is primarily commission-based through service charges shared among team members and tips from customers.
