Cocktail Server

About the role

As a Casino Barback you will make routine rounds of your assigned section on the casino floor to obtain beverage orders, deliver orders, and provide amenities such as matches, beverage napkins, and ashtrays. You’ll maintain the section by collecting used glassware, ashtrays, and trash, provide exceptional guest service, and attempt to limit problems related to guests’ excessive drinking by providing responsible alcohol service.

Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (average $150 to $300 in tips per shift). Shifts: 3:45 pm – 12:15 am or 6:45 pm – 3:15 am.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license
• Must be able to obtain and maintain responsible alcohol service certification
• Familiarity and product knowledge of beverages, wines, and garnishes
• Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
